Thank you for using Anytask. We are committed to ensuring a trustworthy and secure environment for both clients and workers. If you are not fully satisfied with a payment or project outcome, we’re here to help resolve your concerns.
1. Refund Requests
Refunds can be requested within 7 days of the payment date. To be eligible, the request must be submitted through the app or by contacting our support team. Refunds are considered only after a thorough review of the project status and communication between the client and worker.
2. Review & Approval
Once we receive your refund request, our team will review the case, including job details, chat history, and supporting evidence. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be granted in the following cases:
- The job was marked as completed and approved by the client
- Disputes raised after the 7-day refund window
- Work was delivered as agreed, but preferences changed
